We set each barometer to read. The movement, the case and the setting all matter. We advise and work on what suits the barometer, honestly and without fuss.
We are a small workshop restoring and making barometers by hand. To us a barometer is more than a dial: with the movement set right and the case restored by hand, it reads true and, cared for, it lasts for generations. That is what our work is about.
We enjoy a full restoration most of all. Bringing a tired old barometer back to a true reading and a good case is the best work there is.
